Healthy Spine Workshop with Olga

In this workshop Olga will share simple techniques and exercises which when done regularly can alleviate many of the common back issues most of us face each day. It does not require a very arduous workout routine, even just 5 or 10 minutes a day can make all the pain go away.
Come and discover effective methods to support good posture and a healthy spine.
Olga is a certified Classical Hatha Yoga teacher having trained at Swami Krishnananda Yoga Center in Mysore, India. In her teaching she incorporates her knowledge of Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda to offer practical support for overall well-being.
