Pilates Reformer

Les cours de Pilates Reformer sont semi-privés, limités à trois personnes sur nos appareils Balanced Body.

En utilisant la résistance des ressorts, les machines permettent d’alléger l’effort ou bien de le renforcer. Les cours peuvent être donc plus intenses que des cours collectifs sur matelas. Mais également, en apprenant à solliciter les muscles faibles et à relâcher les régions tendues, il aide à corriger les asymétries physiques. Un véritable travail de plus en plus recommandé par le corps médical.

The reformer is the main piece of equipment in Pilates with endless number of exercises that can be performed on it. Anyone will find suitable exercises to do, from the complete novice to the super advanced.

The Pilates Reformer classes are semi-private, limited to three students.
