Pilates Circuit

The interaction between pilates method, and ballet training acquires an aerobic character through different exercises, this time arranged in circuits with duration intervals.

You will be challenged to develop your muscles quick reaction, always taking care of your posture and proper way of breathing.

I got my degree in Contemporary Dance Performer and also Pilates Instructor in city of Buenos Aires, Argentina, where I was born and raised. My formation is based on techniques as Ballet, Graham, Müller and Contemporary Jazz. Complementarily I teach pilates mat and reformer methods, which I firmly believe that are key tools for muscle development.
